Before the negotiations even begin, I can provide advice on engaging other key professionals in the process, such as conveyancers, pest and building inspectors, and land surveyors.

When the time comes to talk money, I’ll roll up my sleeves and negotiate on your behalf to get the vendor down to their lowest price. I can even represent you at auctions, which not only takes the pressure off you, but also avoids succumbing to emotions on the day.

Finally, once the ink has dried on your Contract for Sale, I can work with your conveyancer and lenders, to help ensure everything is in order for settlement day.
